J.D. Caldwell writes epic fantasy and science fiction. The debut work is the Fantasy Trilogy: Legends of Syrgivor, with Prelude to Shadow being the first installment.

What started out as an innocent attempt at leisure became a full-blown obsession. Writing this first trilogy grows ever elusive and necessary. Through it all, the characters have pointed the way. May you have a fraction as much enjoyment reading it, as Caldwell has had in authoring it.
